Welcome to the First Annual Cruise Run registration for The Capital Running Company!
This cruise will be a unique and exciting opportunity to package a relaxing cruise vacation with new and exotic places to run. You will receive route and safety instructions for each location. You can choose to run with the group or go out on your own, however, we recommend going out with at least a partner. Bring your family since there will be many exciting activities for all age groups.
- This sailing comes with a bottle of champagne, shipboard credit and prepaid gratuity. Participants will receive a great gift bag!
- Pre and post sailing hotel stays are available in Miami.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended since most health insurance policies cease to be in force when cruise ships sail outside of the United States waters. Therefore, if an illness or accident occurs to you or your family members you will be responsible for the entire cost unless you purchase travel insurance. Policy costs will be supplied at the time of booking.
- This cruise ship offers a jogging track, swimming pools, spa services and fitness center with cardio equipment and weight training as well as a huge assortment of entertainment and shopping opportunities.
- Transportation and transfers from the airport will be arranged upon request.

Before departing from Miami, enjoy a tour that will highlight this exciting city.
Arrive early, pre cruise packages available, tour our international city, and go for run on South beach. You must be on the ship by 2:30 pm. Make your way to poolside (deck 12) on Feb 21, 2011 before 4:30PM; for an exciting Packet pick-up; as we set sail for the Caribbean. Say goodbye to Miami, Mix with your fellow runners, set plans for your unique runs at exotic places, and start to relax on Capital Running Company's most unique run ever. "Goodies" include commemorative T-shirt, water bottles, and more...Not your average goodie bag!
Key West
At the end of island pearls known as the Florida Keys is the surprising town of Key West. Many well known writers and artists have made this historic enclave home over the years including Hemingway, Tennessee Williams and Robert Frost. Spectacular sunsets splendid Victorian surroundings make for modern day magic on the southernmost island in the U.S.
Run in a city where real estate titles date back to Kings of Spain. Jog the palm-lined streets and discover gingerbread mansions, tin-roofed conch houses, the John Audubon House and Ernest Hemingway's home. Walk in the footsteps of Thomas Edison, Lou Gehrig, Harry Truman, and Tennessee Williams.

Nassau
You can witness the world-famous March of the Flamingos at Ardastra Gardens. Visit Coral World Marine Park and Underwater Observatory, a place unlike anything you've ever seen. Then you can swim with playful dolphins! Of course there’s the world famous straw market and international duty-free shopping too! Nearly every country of the world is represented here with countless items at great, duty-free prices.
You run along paved roads, with ocean views. Run map covers anywhere from 2 miles to 10. The run will be through Nassau, and Paradise Island; once known as Hogg Island. The island was developed almost exclusively to delight and entertain visitors. Nassau is the capital city of the Bahamas; our 11th largest island, New Providence. Nassau’s history can be traced back to days of the legendary pirate Blackbeard. Its sheltered harbor, mansions, cathedrals and 18th-century fortresses have been beautifully preserved.

CocoCay
CocoCay distills all of what's wonderful about the Bahamas into one magnificent package. There are water sports of every kind, ships filled with native crafts, an authentic steel band, even a mysterious underwater shipwreck for you to explore. Located in Bahamas' Berry Island chain, CocoCay is an exclusive 140-acre private island playground for Royal Caribbean guests. Royal Caribbean just invested over $20 million into renovations and additions. In case you decide to "take the day off" and do some cross training, you will find new snorkeling and scuba-diving facilities and expanded docks to additional restaurants, bars, and shops, the renovations touched all areas of the island.
